Lead capture, consent, and CSV export

Turn anonymous saves into marketable, consented leads, and export them to any tool you use.

5 steps · about 6 minutes

1

How capture works

After a guest saves a product, a small dismissible prompt offers to save their wishlist with their email (phone optional), with an explicit marketing consent checkbox. Logged-in shoppers are captured through their Shopify session automatically. The back-in-stock "Notify me" form captures the same details, so a shopper is only ever asked once.

2

Where leads appear

Open the Customers tab. Every captured shopper is listed with their email, item count, wishlist value, last activity, and consent status. Click an email to open their Shopify admin profile, or click the item count for their full wishlist detail.

3

Consent, honestly handled

Consent is stored per lead and shown as an Opted in / Not opted in pill. Exports include the consent column so your email tool can filter on it. Unsubscribes from our emails are suppressed automatically and never emailed again.

4

Export to CSV

On the Customers tab (Pro), click Export CSV. You get name, email, phone, consent, item count, wishlist value, dates, and the products saved, ready for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, WhatsApp tools, or a spreadsheet. Analytics also exports a 4-sheet workbook (top shoppers, popular products, low-stock demand, daily activity).

5

Plan limits

Free stores see up to 200 captured customers. Pro removes the cap and unlocks the exports and the email engine. See pricing.
