Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Simpll Wishlist (the "App") on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. The service
The App provides wishlist functionality for Shopify storefronts, including guest and logged-in wishlists, lead capture, demand analytics, automated reminder and back-in-stock emails, sharing, and CSV export. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Plans, billing & trials
The Free plan is available at no cost with the limits shown on our pricing page. The Pro plan is billed monthly through Shopify's billing system and includes a 30-day free trial. You can cancel at any time; charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your store's compliance with applicable laws, including obtaining any consents required to email your customers. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt the service, or use captured data in violation of privacy or anti-spam laws.
5. Data
Wishlist and customer data collected through the App belongs to you. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. On uninstall, storefront elements are removed cleanly and your data is deleted per our retention schedule.
6. Availability & warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or data.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
